Which massage should I choose?
For relaxation choose Aromatherapy or Warm Oil (light pressure). For stiffness and flexibility choose Thai (medium to firm). For sore muscles choose Thai Oil or Thai Herbal. For training and races choose a Sport Massage. Tell us how you feel and we will recommend one.
What do the pressure levels mean?
Light is gentle and soothing, Medium is balanced and restorative, and Firm is deep and focused.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Consultations and treatments are offered in English and Thai. Chinese-speaking guests can also reach us on Xiaohongshu (RED) at @SereneSanct.
Do you offer packages for long-stay residents?
Yes. Our 10-session series — Aromatherapy 90 min, Thai 90 min, Red Light Therapy and Air Compression Boots — are priced below single sessions and suited to expats and long-stay guests.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or Wellness Collection ritual on the menu. Message us on LINE or WhatsApp to order.
Can I add an enhancer to my massage?
Yes. Red Light Therapy, Dry Cupping, Air Compression Boots and Warm Bathing can be added to any treatment at a reduced add-on price.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, at any time and with no cancellation fee. Just send us a message on LINE or WhatsApp so we can offer your time to another guest.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, Thai PromptPay QR, and all major credit and debit cards.
